At Bacteriostatic Water USA, your satisfaction and safety are our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, sealed condition
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

Please note:

Due to the nature of sterile and medical-grade products, opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned under any circumstances for health and safety reasons.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return was due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), we will cover return shipping.
